About Post Matric Scholarship Scheme 2021
Post Matric Scholarship will be given like the following: admission fees, maintenance to allow students for classes 11th & 12th and PG, UG graduates, tuition fees, etc.

So below is a complete procedure on how to apply for the post-matric scholarship 2020-2021.
- The first step is to go to the official National scholarship portal at scholarships.gov.in so.
- On the home page, you will see a “New registration” tab present on the top of the page which is shown below.
- So the next step is in the new open window you have to read the guidelines for post-matric minority scholarship registration which is illustrated below.
- The next step will be you have to undertake and click the continue button to open the Post Matric online registration form.
- Fill in all the details in the post-matric scholarship registration form and you have to click on the register button to complete the whole process of registration so the applicants will OK get their user ID and password on the registered mobile number.

Eligibility Criteria For PostMatric Scheme
The scholarship is awarded to the students in India who are in a government school/college/university or the students who are in private higher secondary school or college or university including their residential Institutions of the Government and the Eligible private institutes who are selected and they will be notified transparently by the State government or the union territory administration concerned so the eligibility criteria for post-matric minority scholarship is given below:
- The applicants must have scored at least 50% mark or equivalent previous in previous final year examination
- The applicant must belong to the minority community class
- The annual income of the family of the applicant should not exceed more than rupees 2 lacs per annum
The following minority community peoples are Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jains, and Parsis. 30% of scholarships will be earmarked for girls students. So it will cover technical and vocational courses in industrial training Institutions or industrial training centers which is affiliated with the National Council for vocational training of classes 11th and 12th level including polytechnics and other courses( if any causes of less than one-year duration will be not covered under the scheme certificate courses are also not covered)
How can we apply for Post-Matric scholarship scheme 2021?
The students who are applying for the scholarship for the very first time that is the freshers they need to register on the given portal as a fresh application providing accurate details and authenticated information as printed on the documents in the student registration form the form requires the parent or guardian’s name of the student and the important thing is that the student’s age should be below 18 years on the date of registration so before going into the registration process the students or parents or guardians they are advised to keep the following documents in hand
- Educational documents of the particular student.
- Bank account number with IFSC code of the particular bank branch
- The Aadhaar card number of the student if suppose the Aadhaar card is not available then a Bonafide student certificate issued from the institution or the school should be there.
- Aadhar enrollment ID or scanned copy of bank passbook.
- If the institution or school is different from the domicile state of the application then the Bonafide certificate of the student issued from the institution or school should be there.
