The scholarship provided by AIMSET will be in the form of tuition fee (up to four years). These tuition fees will be provided every year for student’s undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. This scholarship is purely based on merit. It also provides scholarships to all students in the form of a laptop.

Step 2:- Fee payment
After the filling up of the examination fees, candidates are required to pay the application fees. The payment can be made through Debit Card, Credit Card or Net banking. After the fees have been paid, the candidates can submit the application form online.
Step 3:-Uploading the documents
Candidates can complete the payment and proceed with uploading the documents. The documents include Aadhar Card and class 10th and 12th mark sheet.

Admission Procedure
In order to gain admission in the institutes that have been participating in AIMSET for the academic year 2023, they are required to undergo the following procedure.
Step 1:
There is a compulsion to appear for the AIMSET scholarship test for gaining admission in the participating universities. Applicants have a provision of applying through online mode for the year 2023. In order to apply online, candidates need to visit the official AIMSET website or direct click on the given link. www.aimset.in
Step 2:
Applicants are required to take an online test which would determine further procedures. If the candidates manage to score a good score, they have the provision of applying for a scholarship. However, if they are not able to score the desired score, they would not be eligible to apply for the scholarship. Those applicants who are successful can proceed for the counselling round.
Step 3:
Candidates need to appear physically at the counselling centre for the session. The counselling session provides candidates the option to choose from a list of institutes that have been under AIMSET institutes. They would also need to select the desired branch of the institute under which they wish to study. Candidates would be provided with altogether six options of the colleges and they would be required to choose only one from amongst them. It takes place only after the results have been declared. If the candidates fail, they would not be eligible for the scholarship scheme.
Step 4:
Candidates would be given the application receipt after the counselling session. Students who are shortlisted are required to visit the institute or university physically on the stipulated date and time. They would also be required to carry with them the original documents which would be essential to analyse further processes.
Documents Required at the Time of Admission

Eligibility Criteria For All India Medical Scholarship Entrance Test
Before applying for the AIMSET, candidates need to make sure that they are eligible to take the examination. Following are the eligibility criteria for the students.
- Students should have passed the final examinations of both class 10th and 12th.
- They should have been a student of Science stream with PCB(Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
- The candidates should have at least 50% marks in all of these subjects i.e Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in class 12th.
- The student should be at least 17 years of age at the time of admission or before 31st December 2023.
- The upper age limit for the candidates appearing for NEET-UG is 25 years of age for the general category while 30 years for SC, ST, and OBC.
- The total number of attempts that can be taken by a general category student is three while five for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH.
Counselling procedure
The counselling process requires the students to follow the given steps for successfully attaining the scholarship benefits.
Step 1:
The students are required to login into the student dashboard where they would witness the top 350 universities amongst those that have gained AIMSET recognition. These universities appearing in the student’s dashboard are in accordance with the score obtained by the students in AIMSET and the results of class 10th and 12th.
Step 2:
The candidates would then be required to select 5 colleges from the available list. They would also be required to choose the branches of their choice. After selecting the desired college and branch, students need to proceed with the payment process. They would be required to pay an amount of 6000 INR. This fee is required for the online counselling session. This fee is also incorporated in the student’s first year fee. However, if the student wishes to withdraw from the college due to any valid reason, the amount would be refunded to the candidate.
Step 3:
After following the above mentioned steps. They would be required to download the admission receipt from the student dashboard. This receipt would be available on the student’s dashboard after 3 working days. This receipt has the name of the college that you have gained admission into and other relevant details.
