The Gujarat government has announced a new scholarship scheme called the Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme. The scheme is designed to provide financial assistance to bright students in the state. - Verify and confirm your personal details and school information in the pre-filled form. If there is a change in your school, update the new School Dise code by clicking on the “Change School” button.
- Provide the mobile numbers of your parents and principal/teacher, and click on Submit to submit the form.
- Upload your photograph, signature, and select your date of birth. Review your details and click on the confirm button to confirm your application. Please note that you won’t be able to edit the application after confirmation.
- After filling in all the necessary details, click on the submit application button to successfully submit your application.
- Make the payment for the Gyan Sadhana Scholarship examination fee using the available online payment methods.
- Once you have uploaded all the student details, click on the ‘Report’ option at the top of the application form. Then click on the ‘PDF’ link to view the Nominal Roll.
- Print out the Nominal Roll and submit two sets of attested Nominal Rolls, along with the attested applications of each candidate, to the concerned District Educational Officer’s office.
- Enclose attested copies of the Caste and Medical Certificate (if applicable for SC/ST/PH candidates) with the original Challan.
