Information UP scholarship 2023
This scholarship scheme launched by Chief minister of Uttar Pradesh to provide monetary help to students & that too directly in their bank account. Under this scheme student should not need to visit govt offices every now and then.
This scheme is applicable for Pre matric & post matric level, even post matric can also to provided to the students who are presently studying in other states.

Types of UP scholarship offered :
Pre matric scholarship :-
- This is applicable for students studying in 9’th & 10’th class.
Post matric scholarship :-
- For class 11’th & 12’th :- this is applicable for students studying in 11’th & 12’th class
- For class other than 11’th & 12’th :- this is applicable for students studying in class other than inter.
- Student studying in other state :- this is applicable for U.P domicile students studying in other state

UP Scholarship 2023 required documents checklist :
Below are the checklist of all documents required for processing of this scholarship.
- A good quality passport size photograph of candidate
- Caste certificate of candidate (if applicable)
- Income certificate of the family
- ID proof of student
- Domicile certificate of candidate belongs to U.P.
- Mark sheet of last qualifying examination
- Current year fee receipt + admission letter
- Passbook of bank (account name belongs to student name)
- Any of residential proof e.g. ration card, PAN card, Driving license, Voted ID, Aadhar card
UP Scholarship 2023 -22 apply online process :
Below are the sequence of steps need to be followed…
- Visit official govt website & login to URL : https://scholarship.up.gov.in/
- In Second step visit to student section.
- In third step, A drop down list would be visible, click on option “Registration”
- Select the type of scholarship where you would like to apply
- Fill all details & click submit button to process further
- Now you have successfully registered
- Now you need to visit on student tab again
- Click on fresh login – if need to apply for fresh application, click on renewal login – if need to apply for renewal application
- Click on prescribed option & Enter your login credentials
- Read the instruction & process further
- Application form displayed on screen, fill in all required details & upload all supporting documents as requested
- review before final submission
- just for cautious purpose download the filled registration form & keep it ready at your end either in soft copy or in hard copy.
Correction procedure :
If you would like to many any correction in already filled application form then follow below steps.
Note : correction has to be done with in the correction window date.
- Visit official website URL : https://scholarship.up.gov.in/
- At homepage visit student section
- From the drop down list click on relevant option
- Login with your credential >> Enter captcha >> click on submit button.
- To make any correction click on “Modify application after initial test” option
- Make the required correction & submit the corrected form.
- Take print out and keep it hand with you (either soft copy or hardcopy)

- At home page click on status
- Enter Registration no & DOP and click search.
- Click on Check UP scholarship status ,your status would displayed on screen

- chose either of 4 options
- A new registration window would appear
- Fill required details and submit.
